A spread is the price gap between two marketplaces for the same product and size.

Positive Spread

When you can buy on one platform for less than you can sell on another. Example: GOAT ask 150,StockXbid150, StockX bid 170 → $20 raw spread.

Does Spread = Profit?

Not quite. You need to account for:
  • Seller fees — StockX ~10%, GOAT ~10-15%, eBay ~13%
  • Shipping — Cost to receive and then ship again
  • Time — Prices can move while you’re mid-trade
That’s why the fee toggle exists. Turn it on to see spreads after estimated platform fees — much more realistic.

Using the Discover Page

The Discover page shows all active spreads across every product:
  • All — Everything
  • Arb — Only products where the ask is lower than the bid (arbitrage opportunities)
  • Best Bids — Highest buyer offers
  • Cheapest Asks — Lowest seller listings
Sort by spread to find the biggest opportunities, or filter by category and condition.
