Every resale marketplace charges fees. SPRD knows the fee structure for each platform and can show you prices after fees so you see what you’d actually pay or receive.

Fee Toggle

Use the After fees toggle (available on the Markets page and Discover page) to switch between:
  • Off — Raw prices as listed on each marketplace
  • On — Prices adjusted for estimated seller fees
This is especially useful when evaluating spreads — a 20rawspreadmightonlybe20 raw spread might only be 5 after fees.

Seller Fees by Marketplace

These are the fees deducted from the seller’s proceeds on each platform:

How It Works

When you turn on the fee toggle, SPRD calculates the estimated net payout for each ask price by subtracting the seller’s platform fees. For bids, it shows what the buyer would actually pay after buyer fees where applicable. This lets you compare real costs across platforms instead of just sticker prices.

Portfolio Fee Estimation

When you log a trade in Portfolio, SPRD automatically estimates the fees based on the marketplace you select. You can see:
  • Platform fee — The marketplace’s commission
  • Payment fee — Payment processing charges
  • Net proceeds — What you actually receive after all deductions

Price Tiers

Some marketplaces (like eBay) charge different fee rates based on the sale price. SPRD automatically applies the correct tier when calculating fees.
Fee rates are based on standard seller accounts and may vary based on your seller level, promotions, or special agreements with the platform. Treat these as estimates.
