How It Works
- Collection — SPRD periodically fetches pricing from each marketplace
- Normalization — Prices, sizes, and conditions are standardized so you can compare apples to apples
- Merging — Data from all marketplaces is combined into a single orderbook per product and size
- Display — You see the full picture in the orderbook, charts, and spread views
What Each Marketplace Provides
Not every marketplace provides the same type of data:
Bids = what buyers are offering to pay. Asks = what sellers are listing at. Trades = completed sales.
StockX and GOAT operate as bid/ask exchanges, so they provide the richest data. Other marketplaces are listing-based, so their prices show up as asks.
