Portfolio is your inventory ledger. Every buy and sell gets logged here — SPRD tracks positions, calculates fees, and shows your P&L in real time.

Recording a purchase

After you buy an item on any marketplace, open Portfolio and hit + Add. The transaction modal walks you through it. Select the product and variant, pick the venue you bought on, and enter the price. SPRD auto-calculates platform fees based on the venue’s fee schedule. Set the status to track where the item is in the pipeline:
  • Ordered — Purchase placed, waiting to ship
  • At Forwarding — Arrived at your forwarding service (only visible when Forwarding is toggled on)
  • Shipped — On its way to you
  • Delivered — In hand, ready to sell
Update the status as the item moves through the pipeline by clicking the position row.

Recording a sale

When you sell, hit + Add again and switch to Sell. Select which position you’re selling, pick the venue, and enter the sale price. SPRD calculates seller fees and shows your realized P&L instantly.

Costs

Each position tracks the item price, estimated platform fees, and any additional costs (authentication, forwarding). This gives you an accurate all-in cost for P&L calculation.

Aggregates

When you hold multiple sizes of the same product, SPRD shows total quantity, average cost, total market value, and realized P&L from completed round-trips.

Watchlist

Star products on Discover or the orderbook to add them to your Watchlist for monitoring.
